How to connect ps3 to GSM internet from a laptop?

In my apartment building there is no access to internet, so having a GSM stick is my only option. I would like to know some way to let my ps3 share the connection somehow, at least for the game updates. I run on firmware.

The only way is a Hotspot! From Iphone 4 & other last device is possible ;)
